Step 1:
Add black and red pepper to the salt and squeeze garlic there. Rub the garlic with salt.
Step 2:
Unwrap the food wrap and make a pillow from the salt mixture, put the brisket on it and rub it well with the remaining mixture. We wrap it in a film and put it away where it will not hurt us for a day at room temperature.
Step 3:
Then put it in the refrigerator for two days.
Salted brisket is ready. You can cut it into the pieces you need and put it in the freezer.
