Vegetable salad "Solyanochka" is a very tasty snack for the winter! It will be in time for a holiday and for everyday food. I took this culinary recipe from my friend, so after visiting her, I tried this salad, I really liked the taste of it, that when I came home I cooked it for my family for the winter! This food is delicious and healthy! The salad is prepared very simply and quickly. All vegetables should be cut into small pieces. After that, the resulting salad should be seasoned with table salt, vegetable oil and mix everything. Then simmer for one hour. At the end of quenching, add vinegar, after diluting it in half a glass of water.
Put the hot, stewed mass into pre-sterilized jars and roll up. Turn the jars over until cool. From the specified amount of ingredients, six cans of 0.7 liters are obtained. As soon as the salad cools down, remove the storage jars to a cold place.
Salad "Solyanochka" is ready, it will be a wonderful addition to any dishes of your winter table! Bon appetit!
