Cooking method

Cooking time: 8 d 30 min
The first method: chop cabbage, preferably thinly, three horseradish on a fine grater, but it's better not by ourselves, but with the help of a food processor. Prepare the brine – bring 5 liters of water to a boil, add salt and sugar. We mix cabbage with horseradish, but we do not think much, otherwise the cabbage will become too soft and will not crunch. Fill it with warm brine, and put the oppression on top. Stand at room temperature for a couple of days, and then take the container to a cooler place. This cabbage is ready for the 6th day.

The second way: we cook cabbage and horseradish the same way as the first time. Just mix it with honey as well. We put the oppression on top again, you can use a three-liter jar of water. You can use it in food for 5 days, keep it cool.
