Step 1:
Remove the cabbage stalk. We proceed to chop cabbage with a wide knife, or in another way. (On a special grater or in a food processor.) Salt, add sugar.

Grate the carrots.

And mince cabbage with carrots.
Step 4:
We put bread on the bottom of the dishes and cover it with cabbage leaves. We put the greens.
Step 5:
