An old acquaintance shared the culinary recipe of this dish with me. She saw the process of cooking smoked salmon on television and became interested. As it turned out – not in vain. Salmon is a very tasty and healthy fish for humans. It contains iron and is a source of very saturated fatty acids. Cooking will require a small amount of ingredients. Everything is very simple, and at the exit – delicious! So I decided to share with you a proven recipe. Let's start cooking.
Salt the salmon, put 1 tablespoon of wet alder shavings on the foil, and on them – a grate with fish, and the ends of the sticks should be cut off. Next, we connect the tips of the foil and twist them several times. Next, we twist the opposite ends. We will put these components in the diffuser on a small fire. Note that a piece weighing 150 g is cooked for at least 10 minutes (most often 13). The food is ready for public consumption. Taste and quality will be provided. Just look at how beautifully smoked salmon looks on your table!
No holiday can do without this fish. We wish you a pleasant appetite!
