Step 1:
How to make pickled garlic? Prepare the products. Choose garlic with juicy, intact heads. The amount of water is approximate, its exact volume will depend on how tightly the jar will be filled. The proportions of the products are given for a half-liter jar.
Step 2:
Disassemble the garlic heads into cloves and peel each one from the husk. Pour boiling water over the peeled cloves. It will be convenient to do this by putting the garlic in a colander and putting it in the sink.
Step 3:
The jar in which the garlic will be marinated, rinse thoroughly and pour boiling water over it. Put the bay leaf and allspice peas on the bottom.
Step 4:
Fill the jar with garlic cloves. Pour salt, granulated sugar on top, pour vinegar. Then fill the jar with boiling water to the top. Cover the jar with a lid. After it cools down completely, leave the jar to stand at room temperature for a day.
Step 5:
After a day, put the jar of garlic in the refrigerator. You can serve it on the table in about 3 days.
