This culinary recipe of pickled pepper is often served on the table as a side dish to various types of meat, grilled on a spit, fried on a platter, baked in an oven, in general, to all meat dishes of Hungarian cuisine, which are cooked without seasoning from sour cream or paprika. But at the same time, pickled pepper "Southern" is also a great snack and it is not difficult to prepare. It is necessary to pick up pepper pods, preferably of the same size, remove the grains and stalks, rinse, dry and put in liter jars, put a couple of horseradish circles between them. Dilute 9% vinegar in two liters of water, add salt, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, black pepper peas and put to boil. It is necessary to fix the pepper in a jar with 2 chopsticks crosswise, so that the pods do not pop up, and pour them with chilled marinade. The jars must be hermetically sealed with a lid.
