Easy-to-prepare salad for winter. From the specified number of products, about 12 half-liter jars of the workpiece are obtained.
1. Chop the cabbage, put it in a basin.
2. Pepper cut into strips, add to the cabbage.
3. Chop carrots on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips, add to the rest of the vegetables.
4. Cut the onion into half rings, also add to the basin.
5. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, mix everything well with your hands. Leave for 5 hours in a cool place.
6. Spread out in clean jars, close with nylon lids. Store in a cool place - in the refrigerator, cellar.
