Step 1:
Here it is, the beauty we need to create a miracle. Soak broccoli and cauliflower in salted water to get rid of possible worms, and rinse under running water. We disassemble into inflorescences. Carrot cut into circles, onion half rings, pepper cubes. Prepare the marinade: Add vinegar, salt, sugar to 3 liters of water and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2:
While the marinade is boiling, we put vegetables in nice layers in jars. At the bottom of the sprigs of parsley, onion, pepper, carrot, then broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes and pepper. There is not much space left - add cabbage. Pour hot marinade, close, turn over, wrap, cool down. It turned out 8 jars of 0.9 liters .
I have never made preparations with broccoli. So I decided to try it. I'm waiting for when it will be possible to open and taste.
