Cooking method
1. Cut the salmon and shallots into cubes, season with olive oil and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Mash the avocado and mix with the wasabi sauce.
3. Put the salmon and onion in the mold, put the prepared avocados with wasabi on top.
4. Pour soy sauce over it.
5. Decorate the finished dish with herbs.
