Cooking method
1 kg of chicken wings washed, cut into joints. The smallest part of the wing should be postponed (you can cook soup), the rest of the mass should be dried with a paper towel.
Now grease the wings with 1-2 tablespoons olive oil (vegetable oil), pepper, add a dessert spoon of honey (sugar), 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Mix well and let it brew for 1 hour.
Now pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, heat it well and spread the wings, but without sauce. Lightly fry (brown) and add the remaining sauce, stir and cover with a lid, put out for 10 minutes, add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste, stir, taste if salted and for another 7-10 minutes we finish cooking our wings.
