ATTENTION! About the water in the recipe!

Keep in mind that Russia is big, the berries are different. They grow in different regions, at different temperatures and humidity levels. It also matters in what weather and at what time of the day the berry was collected. My strawberries are dry, so I add water. If it gives you juice well, then you do not need to add water. The volume of water in different cases may vary, from 0 to 200 ml. And you need to look at the situation ! Look at my photos - they show how thick the jam turned out. If it came out liquid, it's not the recipe's fault, but the fact that you didn't heed this warning!
