In order to germinate flax seeds, we will need a wide flat plate. We pour flax seeds on it, level the seeds with a thin layer. Sprinkle the flax seeds with water (you can use a spray gun), and cover the plate with a lid on top. It is necessary to cover the lid with a lid to avoid drying out the seeds. In order for them to germinate, they must be constantly moist.

For several hours we try to moisten flax seeds every half hour, then every couple of hours. It is best to start germinating seeds in the morning on a day off. Thus, during the day they can be moistened and make sure that they are moist. The liquid is absorbed into the seeds very quickly. And in the evening before going to bed, moisten them again - the last one, leave until morning.

In the morning it will be possible to see that the seeds have hatched. We moisturize them again every couple of hours for about half a day. During this time, the sprouts will quickly increase in size.

Actually everything is ready - the seeds have sprouted and are ready to be eaten. Moreover, only sprouted ones are especially useful! But, of course, few people have the opportunity to germinate seeds daily, so it's better to germinate more and then save them to use for a week.

Here's what you need to do for this. We put the seeds with the sprouts in a plastic container and put them in the refrigerator. We keep them there for no more than five days. We add it to salads, porridges or other dishes. And we also eat them raw.

Good health!
