Cooking method
Only whole grains will be needed. Carefully sort the wheat. Remove excess debris and damaged seeds. Rinse the good grains in a colander with cold water.
Dishes for germination are suitable for any, except the one made of aluminum. The main requirement is a flat and wide bottom. The grains in the dish should lie in one layer.
Pour the wheat into a container, pour in running water and mix. The surfaced grains must be removed. They are empty and will not germinate. If garbage pops up, it should also be removed. Drain the liquid, and evenly level the grains on the bottom of the dishes in 1 layer. Pour water at room temperature so that it reaches the edge of the wheat grains. The gauze should be wetted and rolled up several times. Cover the wheat.
Put the dishes in a warm place (22 degrees) and preferably shaded. That's the whole simple process of germination. Enjoy
