The germination rate depends on the type of seed.

Over time, the seeds will take root, then sprouts. Sprouts can be considered an independent dish, but you can add them to salads, meat or fish dishes, and other dishes.
It is not recommended to heat-treat sprouts. Such a product is stored in the refrigerator. It should be remembered that sprouts are contraindicated in stomach ulcers. Sprouted beans should be consumed in small doses. Any sprouts are useful in moderation - no more than a handful per day.
