Step 1:
Cut the bread into slices. Each slice is lubricated on both sides with garlic (garlic is either pressed or grated on a fine grater). sprinkle salt on both sides as well.
Step 2:
Cut into cubes and put in a container for drying. We mark the time 35-40 min. the temperature is 70 (you can stir occasionally)
