Step 1:
How to fry suluguni in a pan in breadcrumbs? Prepare the products according to the list. Wash the eggs and dry them with paper napkins. Cut the suluguni cheese into small cubes, about the same size.
Step 2:
Prepare two bowls separately. Pour breadcrumbs into one of them, and break raw eggs into the other and shake them a little with a whisk or fork.
Step 3:
Dip each piece of cheese in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Then dip in the egg again and roll in breadcrumbs. You can do the same thing a third time. Make sure that the cheese is evenly covered with breadcrumbs on all sides. A dense layer of breadcrumbs is formed on the cheese. If there is a gap without breadcrumbs somewhere, then the cheese will leak out when frying - take this into account.
Step 4:
Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and heat it up. Put the breadcrumbs in the butter. Fry it on all sides until golden brown. It roasts quickly. This will take 20-40 seconds on each side.
Step 5:
Put the finished cheese cubes on paper napkins to remove excess oil from them. Help yourself to grilled cheese while it's hot. When the dish cools down, the cheese inside will become dense. To make it sticky again, just heat the cubes in the microwave. Complement the dish with sour cream sauce with garlic and fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!

The first time I tried fried cheese in breadcrumbs in one of the cafes. The dish, of course, was to my taste and I wondered about the purpose of cooking it at home. I tried it. And, as you can see, there were no problems with cooking it yourself. The outside has a delicious crispy crust, and inside is the tender pulp of melted cheese.
My children love hot sandwiches with melted cheese, so they liked this option of cooking cheese separately. Pulled apart instantly.

Use oil with a high smoking temperature for frying! Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
Unrefined oils, with rare exceptions, have a low smoking point. There are a lot of unfiltered organic particles in them, which quickly begin to burn.
Refined oils are more resistant to heating, and their smoking point is higher. If you are going to cook food in the oven, on a frying pan or grill, make sure that you use oil with a high smoking point. The most common of the oils with a high smoking point: refined varieties of sunflower, olive and grape.
