Fried pita bread rolls with cheese

A quick hot snack is suitable for beer and just for breakfast. These rolls are crispy on the outside, with a fried golden crust, and inside a soft filling of melted cheese soaked in tomato sauce with spices. It is simply impossible to break away. It is better to serve the dish hot. The next day, it is enough to put the tubes in the microwave for 30 seconds and again you can enjoy a great snack. However, the crust will not be as crisp as on the first day of cooking. But it's also delicious.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the resulting tubes seam down. Fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Turn the rolls over and fry for another 3-5 minutes.

The barbecue season is starting now, so I'll start laying out different dishes that can diversify the table. These tubes will fit perfectly here. They can be cooked at home in the morning or the night before.

These tubes may appeal to your children and can be a great solution for a children's breakfast or snack. It is convenient to take them with you to work.

The filling for the tubes can be varied to your liking. Instead of the usual cheese, you can use mozzarella (not pickled, but the one for pizza). In addition to cheese, you can add fresh finely chopped tomatoes, sausage or pieces of boiled or fried chicken meat to the rolls. You can also add fresh herbs to the filling.
