Cooking method
The most delicious frittata is obtained from new potatoes.
)Wash the potatoes and peel off the skin, cut into small cubes.
)Onions need to be cleaned and cut into half rings.
)Pour oil on a heated frying pan (a non-stick frying pan is best suited) and add potatoes and onions.Fry over medium heat until a light golden color is obtained.
)While the potatoes are cooking, we prepare the egg filling. To do this, break the eggs, add salt and pepper to them to taste. Also add garlic grated on a fine grater to the mixture.
)Reduce the heat to a minimum and pour the potato mixture, cover with a lid.
)After seven to ten minutes, when the eggs are set, the frittata needs to be turned over.To do this, you can use a flat plate.Just cover the pan with it and carefully turn it over, and then put the frittata back.
)Cover with a lid and leave until fully cooked.
)It is better to serve hot.I wish to sprinkle with your favorite greens.
