The filling offered in this recipe is not only very tasty, but also useful. The composition includes cod liver - a valuable product recommended for use by nutritionists.
1. Put the cod liver in a bowl. Knead with a fork, but not until smooth. Just to break the product into small pieces.
2. Fresh cucumber is washed, dried with a paper towel. Cut the cucumber into cubes, finely. To do this, cut the vegetable into thin circles, and then chop. So the cubes will be as uniform and neat as possible. We will leave a few circles for decorating snacks.
3. Hard-boiled egg. To do this, cook it for 6-7 minutes from the moment the water boils. Then we put the egg in a bowl with cold water to cool down quickly. After that, we peel off the shell and cut into small cubes.
3. Spread the cucumber and egg to the liver of the cod, mix. Salt to taste. Fill the resulting mixture with tartlets. Decorate with cucumber slices and pomegranate seeds. Although you can decorate in a different way, according to your taste.
Such a snack should be served on the table immediately after cooking. If the tartlets stand, they lose their taste.
