Step-by-step cooking
Mozzarella is a very tender and delicious cheese originally from Italy. It is used in the preparation of various dishes, but it is also great as an independent snack. In perfect harmony, Mozzarella cheese is combined with tomatoes both in taste and color – a beautiful and delicious decoration for any table!
On the shelves you can find cheese in the form of large and small balls, for our snacks you will need large ones. Tomatoes should be about the same size. We cut the chilled cheese and tomatoes into 0.5 cm circles, spread the circles of tomatoes beautifully on a plate, on top of each a circle of cheese, and then fresh basil leaves as in the picture. A little salt, ground black pepper and olive oil. If there is balsamic vinegar, sprinkle a few drops on top, but not much. Before serving, cool the snack in the refrigerator!
