Step-by-step cooking
Recently, visiting friends, I tried a very tasty and flavorful dish – this is a culinary recipe for noodles with seafood. Surprisingly, the food has a very easy and fast cooking method. I recommend serving it to the table with a glass of chilled white wine.
For cooking, you need to boil the noodles until they are half cooked. Any noodles are suitable, I use rice or Italian noodles, and in the absence of this, just pasta will do. We lubricate the finished noodles with butter.
Then we lower the tomatoes into boiling water, remove the peel and cut them. Garlic is passed through a garlic press or just finely chopped. Also finely chop, and fresh herbs.
Next, we throw the seafood into boiling salted water. From seafood for this dish, I prefer a mixture of shrimp and mussels. When the seafood rises up, it is necessary to drain the water and rinse them.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add garlic, fry a little and add seafood and tomatoes, then salt, add a mixture of peppers and when the liquid evaporates slightly, add chopped greens. Simmer for another 3 minutes and add noodles to the pan. Simmer everything for another 5 minutes. Together with the noodles, if desired, you can add a tablespoon of sour cream.
We lay out the noodles in portions and decorate with basil leaves.
