Step 2:
Pour the milk into a saucepan, put it on a small fire. Milk should be heated, but in no case should it be brought to a boil! While the milk is heating up, we quickly prepare the following ingredients, but you can prepare them in advance.
Step 3:
Cut bananas into pieces.
Step 4:
Put in a blender.
Step 5:
Turn all the bananas into a homogeneous puree.
Step 6:
Cut the chocolate bar into small pieces. You can take any chocolate to your taste, I took a simple milk one, without any additives. If you are not a lover of sweets, try adding half a plate to the recipe for a sample, for example.
Step 7:
Melt the chocolate in any way you like. Ideally, the chocolate should melt completely and not contain small pieces.
Step 8:
Now we begin to assemble our cocktail. Pour banana puree into the hot milk.
Step 9:
Mix thoroughly so that the ingredients combine. You can already turn off the stove at this step. Also note that if you put more bananas at this stage, you will get mashed potatoes, which in general is also not bad and delicious)
Step 10:
Pour in the melted chocolate, and mix it very thoroughly again, especially if the chocolate has not melted completely and there are small pieces left.
Step 11:
Our chocolate cocktail has acquired a beautiful chocolate shade and is ready to go to you for a trial) You can use it hot, or you can wait until it cools down - it's delicious in any serving!
Step 12:
Pour the cocktail into glasses, sprinkle cinnamon on top. If you are not a fan of cinnamon, just exclude this item)
