Cooking method
1. I wash the cherry, and at the same time we sort it out, the berry should be without traces of spoilage, we also cut off the stems.
2. We put the berries in a bowl and pour cold water, leave for 15 minutes, so the cherry will be even juicier.
3. We wash and sterilize the jars in any convenient way: over steam, in the oven, in the microwave.
4. We put the cherries in jars, pour each layer with sugar, lightly tamp it, cover it with lids and place it in a saucepan, placing a kitchen towel on the bottom.
5. Pour warm water into the pan so that it reaches the shoulders of the jar.
6. We send the pan to the fire, sterilize half-liter cans for 15 minutes, liter cans for 20 minutes.
7. We roll up the blanks hermetically, turn them upside down, wrap them in a blanket, leave them for a day until they cool down completely.
We transfer cherries in their own juice to a permanent storage place in the cellar or in the pantry.
