Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make cottage cheese sour cream? Prepare all ingredients. Sour cream should be used with a fat content of at least 25% and very cold. Otherwise, it simply will not climb and will remain liquid. And this will not suit us. Cottage cheese for cream should be soft and homogeneous. If it is not like that, then it must be passed through a meat grinder or wiped through a sieve to give it a homogeneous structure. The amount of powdered sugar can be changed for yourself.
Step 2:
Take a comfortable deep bowl for whipping cream. Put the required amount of sour cream in it.
Step 3:
As a sweetener, it is good to use powdered sugar so that it has time to dissolve faster in the cream. Add powdered sugar to the sour cream in a bowl. Turn the mixer on low speed for a minute so that the powdered sugar has time to dissolve. Then turn on the maximum speed and whisk the fat sour cream into a fluffy cream.
Step 4:
Mash the prepared soft cottage cheese a little with a whisk.
Step 5:
Then add sour cream to the cottage cheese in small portions and mix it into the cottage cheese. It is convenient to do this with a whisk, but manually. Beat nothing at this stage, otherwise the cream will become liquid.
Step 6:
Gradually mix all the whipped sour cream with cottage cheese. If desired, the amount of cottage cheese can be slightly reduced or increased. Cottage cheese-sour cream is ready! With this cream, you can layer biscuits, thereby collecting a delicious cake. For the interlayer, you can add berries. This cream will be perfectly combined with them. Cook with pleasure!
To flavor the cream, you can use a little vanilla.
This cream has a very delicate consistency, but, thanks to the whipped sour cream, it remains lush and tender.
The cream is very easy to prepare, which will undoubtedly please novice cooks. It is perfectly combined with various types of cakes - chocolate, pancake, honey or sponge cakes.
