Serbian bread Pogacice

Sandwiches with such bread will never be simple. Easy. Delicious. Someone sprinkles sesame seeds on bread, someone adds cheese along with butter. My all this is not welcome, so I smeared the bread with egg. And since it is supposed to have lunch with this bread, I added salt to the egg. Contrary to expectations, the bread is not very greasy, although it has a taste of butter. I found the recipe on the Internet. Different authors have almost the same mistake: a lot of flour and little milk. And at the same time they write that the dough turns out soft. Kneaded the dough according to their recipe - barely kneaded. I had to add milk. I kneaded with my hands, because I wanted to know exactly the proportions and what kind of bun it turns out.

Warm up the milk, add salt, sugar. Sift the flour, mix with yeast and knead the dough. Put it in a greased vegetable oil bowl. Cover the bowl with a napkin and leave for 2 hours.
Put the dough that has come up on a greased table with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts (I divide it in half, then in half again and into 3 more parts). Roll each part into a bun, which is flattened with your hands into a thick pancake about 12-15 cm in size.
Grease the mold with melted butter and lay our pancakes in a circle overlap. Lubricate each pancake with melted butter with a brush.
Leave under a napkin for 1 hour.
Grease the bread with beaten egg and salt and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
