Whisk the eggs with a whisk. If they are too small, we take three pieces, if large, then two. Pour salt and sugar into the eggs. Pour margarine, cream, sour cream, melted on the stove. Pour in the soda. We begin to add a little flour, immediately stirring the dough. It should turn out not cool, rather gentle.
The resulting piece is cut into three parts. We roll out each part very thinly in the form of a circle. The surface is coated with a thin layer of vegetable oil, then we roll up a neat roll. We cut it into pieces. These will be our struli.
Fry finely chopped onion in a saucepan with a thick bottom. We also add cubes of raw potatoes here. Pour in water to cover the potatoes slightly. Simmer for two minutes. Spread the strudels on top. Cover the pan with a lid and keep on fire for forty minutes.
This food is served with sour cream, fresh green onions. You can also add finely chopped garlic here.
