Lavash roll with red fish

Original, appetizing and simple! Surprise your special guests! One day my daughter and I came to a cafe with American cuisine. We ordered buritos. We enjoyed this meal immensely. But they also laid out a lot of money. On the way, we remembered what ingredients made this dish so delicious. And we came to the conclusion that you can try to cook at home. And you know, it turned out even tastier. And inexpensive! Lavash roll with red fish is one of our culinary recipes with my daughter, which were born on this soil every time new – depending on the components. So, will we please our household?

Lavash should be cut into 2 parts. Smear each of them with mayonnaise. Put finely chopped fish in layers on it, then an egg, rubbed on a coarse grater. Then put tomatoes cut into thin plates, onion and sweet pepper on them, rubbed on a coarse grater. Well, anoint it all with mayonnaise again – a little, so as not to leak out. Greens will decorate the taste of the dish. Tuck the pita bread from the bottom, then roll along the length. I usually put it in the microwave. 2-4 minutes and for lunch or breakfast you will get a very satisfying and delicious meal! Do not keep the pita bread in the air – it will dry out. Use only immediately after the microwave.
