To make kvass from birch sap, we first need to strain the juice through several layers of gauze to get rid of all impurities and debris. Then you need to add sugar, raisins and forget about it for 3 days (give time to ferment). Then strain the ready-made kvass from birch sap, bottle it and store it in a cold place.
