Cooking method
First we'll wash the knapsacks well. After we cut them into quarters (it can be even smaller, depends on the size of the knapsacks). We put the knapsacks in a saucepan, fill it with water.
Add cinnamon to them and simmer until they become soft.
Wipe the knapsacks through a sieve, leave them until they ferment.
As fermented, strain and add sugar. Let's hold it until fermentation.
Strain again, bottle, store in a cool place.
