Take a large saucepan and pour seven liters of warm boiled water into it, then pour the prepared sugar syrup from the saucepan into it in a fairly thin stream and stir until it completely dissolves.

Mix all the ingredients well together in a saucepan, then cover it with a lid and put it in a warm place for one day.
Step 10:
After twenty-four hours, spread the starter from the pan.
Step 11:
Take a colander and strain the cooked kvass from the pan into a suitable container.
Step 12:
