Some people use this drink as a lifesaving remedy for heartburn and even a hangover. In addition, ordinary fizz can be turned into sweet lemonade if you add sugar or powdered sugar, and replace vinegar with lemon juice. It's a matter of taste and interest in experiments, but still you should not get carried away with this drink, because it consists of effervescent and active substances. Enjoy your meal!

About the benefits and harms of fizz, namely its components: soda and vinegar – they write and say not a little. On the one hand, soda, being an alkali, is able to neutralize the increased acidity of gastric juice, so such a drink is recommended as a cure for heartburn. At the same time, excessive consumption of soda can cause gastrointestinal disorders and gas formation. Vinegar contains potassium, which removes excess fluid from the body and improves digestion, and vinegar is also able to reduce headaches. But such a drink is still not recommended for people who have problems with the cardiovascular system, pressure and stomach.
