Cooking method
1. Apples do not need to be washed. Cut them into quarters and put them in a large container (enameled).
2. Mix a third of water and honey until the latter is completely dissolved, pour the resulting syrup over the apples.
3. Cover the apples with gauze, set the oppression and remove the future cider in a cool place (and dark) for 35 days.
4. Time has passed - drain the resulting drink, and pour the apples again, mixing the second third of honey and water. Re-install the oppression, send it to a dark and cold place for 35 days, and then drain the liquid.
5. Repeat the process a third time.
6. Mix all three drained drinks together, cover with a lid and leave in the dark and cool for 8-9 months.
7. Strain the finished drink, pour it in a bottle and send it to ripen again for 30 days.
