Cooking method
1. Cut the apples into small pieces, put them in a container of suitable size. Fill the apples with water so that the fruits are completely in the liquid. Leave in a warm place for 2 weeks. Stir the contents of the container several times during this time.
2. Drain the liquid, strain it through a double layer of gauze.
3. Add sugar and yeast to the resulting liquid.
4. Pour the liquid into a fermentation tank, install a water seal, and put it in a warm place.
5. When the fermentation process is finished, filter the liquid again.
6. Bottle the future drink and put it away in the cold for 3 months.
