Homemade Goat's Milk Sour Cream

Vitamin-rich homemade sour cream. Very tasty and good for you! Even though it doesn't yield very much sour cream, I still think it's worth it — it comes out so delicious. Completely natural and very healthy. Ideal for kids and for anyone who cares about their health.

  • Pour the milk into a container, preferably a wide one — the wider the surface of the milk, the more sour cream forms. Pour the soured milk into the fresh goat's milk, cover the jar with a cloth, and put it in a warm spot for 4 days. The whole time the milk is fermenting, don't touch the jar, and it's best not to move it. After 4 days, a layer should form on the surface of the milk — that's the goat's milk sour cream. Carefully skim it off with a spoon, stir it, and refrigerate it. The sour cream is ready. Enjoy, and stay healthy!
