Pour the milk into a bowl, preferably wide. Because the wider the surface of the milk, the more sour cream is formed.
Pour sour milk into fresh goat's milk, cover the jar with a cloth and put it in a warm place for 4 days. All the time that the milk will be fermented, the jar should not be touched and it is better not to move it to another place.
After 4 days, a layer should form on the surface of the milk. It is she who represents sour cream from goat's milk.
Carefully remove it with a spoon, mix it and put it in the refrigerator.
