Step 1:
Prepare our soup ingredients. We pre-clean the scales from the fish.
Step 2:
Cut the fish into portions.
Step 3:
Onions and peppers are cut as finely as possible, and carrots are cut into quarters of circles. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 4:
On a mixture of butter and vegetable oils, we will save the onion.
Step 5:
At the same time, in boiled water for 10 minutes, boil the fish together with bay leaf and pepper peas. If you use lightly salted fish, then you do not need to add salt to the broth.
Step 6:
Add carrots and hot pepper to the spasered onion. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Step 7:
At the end of roasting, add coriander and ground black pepper.
Step 8:
We carefully remove the boiled fish from the broth, which, in turn, we filter. In a clean broth, boil the potatoes until half-cooked.
Step 9:
Add roast from other vegetables to the potatoes. Cook still 5-7 minutes. At the end of cooking, we check for salt and add it, if necessary.
Step 10:
We put a portion of fish in a plate, add broth and vegetables there, decorate with fresh parsley or other favorite herbs. Enjoy your meal!
