We wash raspberries under the tap. We put it in an empty container and heat it on a low heat of the stove. The berries should let the juices flow, and as soon as they do, we remove the container from the fire. The raspberry mass is crushed with a sieve, at the same time getting rid of the bones.
Raspberry juice is mixed with sugar and returned to the container. We set a strong fire and continue cooking, stirring the mass with a spoon. We wait until it becomes quite thick, and that's when we can consider raspberry marmalade ready.
