Cheese-Stuffed Potato Balls

Golden and delicious balls made from raw potato. These cheese-stuffed potato balls are a fun, hearty little snack that comes together quickly. There's no need to boil the potatoes — they go in raw. Just be sure to squeeze out the juice well so the balls hold together. A firm hard cheese works best for the filling. Serve these crisp, golden potato balls with sour cream or ketchup.
