The liver is crushed using a blender or a food processor. You can also pass it through a meat grinder.
The cabbage head is cleaned and finely chopped.
Peeled onion cut into half rings.
In a frying pan, in butter, fry the minced meat for about four minutes, then add the onion and fry for another three minutes.
Add the chopped cabbage and fry, simmer the total mixture under the lid for about half an hour.
Ten minutes before cooking, add sour cream, spices and salt.
Mix thoroughly, cover with a lid and wait for full readiness.
Liver with cabbage to serve hot. You can decorate with greenery.
