Liver Stroganoff in Sour Cream
Liver dishes help boost your iron levels. Any side works, but it's tastiest with steamed rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.

Step 1:
How do you make liver stroganoff in sour cream? Gather your ingredients.

Combine the sour cream with the tomato paste and stir.

Wash the liver, pat it dry, and cut it into small strips.

Put the sour-cream-and-tomato mixture in a pan and pour in the milk. Simmer over low heat until it reaches the consistency you want.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the liver in it for 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Don't salt the liver while it fries, or it will toughen up.

As soon as the liver is browned, pour in the tomato-sour-cream sauce.

Season with salt and pepper and stir. Simmer the liver in the sour-cream-and-tomato sauce for about 5 more minutes over medium heat.
