Beef Braised in Tomato Sauce

For extra juiciness, add a chopped onion. I love beef in all kinds of sauces. When I was a kid, my mom would sometimes make something like this, but with carrots. There was so much sauce that the meat and the side dish practically floated in it. I love it that way too — more sauce than the meat really needs. This recipe is one of those, with plenty of fragrant tomato sauce.
