We separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar and a pinch of salt, leave until dissolved. Add softened butter (150 grams) to them and rub into a homogeneous mass. For a fragrant smell, you can add vanilla sugar.
Whisk the proteins into a dense foam. Cream is also whipped. Mix both foams together. To the yolks with butter, add flour with soda slaked with vinegar and starch, knead thoroughly.
Next, add the cream and protein foam. Leave the dough in the cold for half an hour. Bake the waffles at a temperature of 200 degrees for 1-2 minutes.
Roll up into tubes still hot, leave to cool. Meanwhile, we prepare the cream. To do this, mix 200 grams of butter with condensed milk, beat well. We fill cold tubes with it, use it with tea. Bon appetit!
