Wash the milk in running water. Salt and pepper. We drive eggs into a bowl, add flour, pour water. Mix until smooth. Salt, pepper to taste. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan. In the prepared batter, dip the milk. Spread in a frying pan and fry on all sides until a golden and fragrant crust appears. It turns out very nice and appetizing.
