Pork Stewed with Mushrooms

An easy dish made right in a skillet. Pork stewed with mushrooms is hearty and full of flavor. You can use button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, or wild mushrooms, and along with the onion you can add carrot too. Everything simmers in a deep skillet with a lid over low heat. Serve the pork and mushrooms with baked potatoes, boiled pasta, or buckwheat.

    1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes. 2. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, add them to the onion and garlic, and fry for 5 minutes. 3. Cut the pork into medium pieces and brown it separately in oil. 4. Combine the meat and vegetables, pour in the water, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. 5. Stir in the sour cream and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot with pasta or potatoes. Enjoy!
