Cooking method
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes.
2. Cut mushrooms into small pieces, add to vegetables, fry for 5 minutes.
3. Cut pork into medium pieces, fry separately in oil.
4. Combine meat and vegetables, pour water, add salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes under the lid.
5. Add sour cream, cook for another 10 minutes. Serve the dish hot with pasta or potatoes. Bon appetit!
