Cooking method
1. Pork is suitable for carbonate, loin or ham, preferably with a thin layer of fat. Pork is cut into entrecotes. We put each piece in a plastic bag (so that splashes do not fly) and beat it off with a hammer on both sides. Sprinkle thickly with spices (I have for shish kebab) and leave to marinate for an hour.
2. Peel the onion from the husk and cut very thinly into half rings. In order not to cry, we constantly moisten the knife in cold water.
3. Cut large tomatoes thinly into circles across the seeds.
4. Cheese (any that melts will do) is grated on a fine grater.
5. We cover the baking sheet with foil (you can do it without it, this is in order to dirty the baking sheet itself less), lightly lubricate with vegetable oil. We lay out the chops at a small distance from each other so that they do not stick together during baking (so then they look neater when serving to guests). Grease the chops with a thin layer of mayonnaise, then spread a layer of onions, then a layer of tomatoes. Tomatoes are again lubricated with a very thin layer of mayonnaise. Carefully sprinkle the cheese on top so that the cheese does not fall into the gaps between the chops.
6. Put the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the chops in French for 40-50 minutes.
We serve chops with rice, potatoes or vegetables.
In this recipe, you can additionally use fried mushrooms (champignons), replace pork with chicken or turkey, add pineapples, even use minced meat instead of meat.
To save time, you can cook chops and garnish at the same time. Spread on a baking sheet, greased with oil, first finely chopped potatoes, and on top of the above described chops. Bake everything together. Potatoes will be cooked in the juice and fat released from the meat, it turns out very tasty and juicy.
Cook with love, in a good mood and then the most delicious dishes will turn out!
