How to make pancakes from zucchini and minced meat on water?
1. Zucchini need to be washed, cleaned, grated on a coarse grater.
2. Add salt to the worn zucchini, mix, wait until they let the juice (10 minutes) and squeeze it out. Drain the excess liquid.
3. Wash the eggs, break them into a bowl with the zucchini.
4. Add ground pepper, slaked soda.
5. Sift the flour, pour it into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything until smooth.
6. Put the minced meat in a separate bowl.
7. Peel the onion, chop finely and add to the minced meat.
8. To taste, put salt and pepper in the minced meat.
9. Pour water into the minced meat, mix everything. Water is needed for softness.
10. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
11. Spread the squash dough with a spoon, level it so that the pancakes are flat and thin.
12. Put the minced meat on the zucchini pancakes, also smooth it out.
13. Put a thin layer of zucchini dough on top of the minced meat.
14. Cover the frying pan with a lid, fry until ruddy and golden on both sides.
