Step 1:
How to make chicken zrazy with mushrooms? Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into 4 pieces. Peel the garlic. Fill the bread with milk, let it brew a little and squeeze out the excess liquid. Now you need to make minced meat from the prepared ingredients. To do this, pass chicken meat, onion, garlic and bread through a meat grinder. But there is another option: put it all in the bowl of a blender and grind. Beat the eggs into the prepared mass.
Step 2:
Wash the mushrooms, chop and fry in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil while stirring over medium heat. After 3 minutes, add the onion to the mushrooms, fry together for another couple of minutes.
Step 3:
Beat eggs with sour cream, pour mushrooms with onions and cook an omelet.
Step 4:
Let the finished omelet cool and cut it into pieces. Make tortillas from minced meat, lay out the filling.
Step 5:
Now form the cutlets of oval shape and medium size. Then roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry the zrazy in a frying pan in butter on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked. The fire is moderate so that the cutlets have time to bake well. You can add a little vegetable oil to the butter so that it does not burn.

Zrazy is commonly called cutlets with stuffing, which can be very diverse, as well as the components of minced meat. This time I have these - chicken with mushrooms. Sometimes I add chopped dill to the mushroom omelet, which goes as a filling for our zraz. In general, greens in such cases will never hurt. Due to the fact that we do not have mushrooms by themselves, but in the form of an omelet, the filling does not disintegrate, so it is very convenient to eat such zrazy. They can be served for lunch or dinner, I like to combine them with mashed potatoes most of all, but they will also be delicious with another side dish: rice, buckwheat pasta, etc .

Instead of fresh, you can take frozen or dried mushrooms (dried ones will need 5-6 times less than fresh ones). Frozen mushrooms can be defrosted in any convenient way (for example, in the microwave in the appropriate mode - see the instructions for your technique) and drain the liquid. Or, if the amount of liquid in the recipe is not critical, use without defrosting. Dried mushrooms should be washed well, since they are not washed before drying, and then soaked in cold water for at least 2-3 hours.
