Cooking method
1. Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into quarters, garlic cloves can be left whole.
2. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into small pieces.
3. Using a meat grinder, we chop walnuts, potatoes, onions and garlic. We grind not all together, but separately, in a separate bowl.
4. Squeeze the juice from onions and potatoes, the mass should not be too wet.
5. Combine the potato mass, onion-garlic and nut mixture into one bowl, mix.
6. Now add flour, salt and ground black pepper to the resulting mixture, mix thoroughly.
7. With wet hands, we form cutlets and fry them in preheated vegetable oil on both sides until a beautiful golden crust.
Serve hot on the table.
