Cooking method
1.Pour warm water and vegetable oil into a bowl, pour sugar and salt, mix.
2. Sift the flour, add to the liquid components together with yeast, mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
3. Leave the dough in a warm place for half an hour.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, send it to the fire.
5. Using a tablespoon, we collect the dough, spread it on a heated frying pan, fry until golden on both sides.
It is very tasty to eat pancakes with honey or jam.
