Fluffy Yeast Pancakes Made with Water

Not sure what to make for breakfast? Make oladyi (thick pancakes)! Yeast-raised oladyi come out tender and fluffy. To make sure they bake through inside while frying, keep the pan covered with a lid. Serve them for breakfast with honey, sour cream, or jam.

  1. Pour the warm water and vegetable oil into a bowl, add the sugar and salt, and stir.
