Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the dish. Let's start cooking with meat. Pork pulp is thoroughly washed, dried with paper towels, cut into thin plates across the fibers with a thickness of no more than 0.5 centimeters. We beat them off with a kitchen hammer on both sides. You do not need to season or pickle them, the seasoning will be added to the batter.
Step 2:
Preparing the batter. The batter is prepared according to different recipes, someone adds milk, sour cream or mayonnaise to the dough, even cheese, potatoes and other products are used. The simplest recipe based on milk and eggs is prepared very quickly. In a bowl, we drive chicken eggs. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, if desired, you can add some more seasoning for meat.
Step 3:
Beat eggs with spices with a hand whisk or mixer until the salt completely dissolves.
Step 4:
Pour in the milk, the fat content of the milk can be chosen as desired. Mix the ingredients again so that the mixture becomes homogeneous in consistency.
Step 5:
Pour in the sifted wheat flour, add it little by little so that it does not gather into lumps. Using a fork or a whisk, beat the mixture so that the flour is completely dispersed.
Step 6:
We dip the cooked pieces of pork into the batter so that the meat is completely covered with egg-milk mixture.
Step 7:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. We warm it up. Spread the pork in batter on the heated oil. Fry the meat on medium heat without a lid, first on one side until browned. Then turn over and fry on the second side until a golden crust forms. To remove excess oil from the finished meat in the batter, spread the pork on a paper towel for a few minutes.
Step 8:
The dish is ready. We serve pork in batter to the table. Enjoy your meal!
